FAQs

We believe that transparency is the foundation of a successful partnership. Here you will find answers to the most common questions our prospective clients have about our services and our process.

If your question is not answered here, we warmly invite you to contact us directly for a personal consultation.

Our Partnership & Process

1. What does the onboarding process look like? Our partnership begins with a thorough discovery and strategy phase. First, we hold an initial consultation to gain a deep understanding of your business, your commercial objectives, and your current market position. Based on this, we conduct a detailed audit of your digital assets and your competitors.

From this analysis, we present a bespoke, comprehensive strategy. Once this plan is agreed upon, we commence with technical setup and a formal kick-off meeting to introduce your dedicated account manager and the specialist team who will be working on your behalf.

2. Who will be my day-to-day point of contact? You will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who serves as your primary point of contact. This individual is a senior member of our team, responsible for understanding your objectives and coordinating our in-house specialists—from SEO analysts and content writers to paid media managers. This structure ensures you always have a single, accountable contact who understands the complete picture.

3. Do you specialise in any particular industries? Our strategies and principles are effective across many sectors, but we have particularly strong experience and proven success in B2B professional services, high-value e-commerce, and specialist technology (SaaS).

Our core strength is applying our methodology to businesses with a complex sales cycle, a considered purchase, or a high-value client base. We are always transparent in our initial conversations; if we feel your industry is not one where we can add significant value, we will be the first to say so.

4. How do you differ from a larger, full-service agency? We provide the deep specialism and strategic expertise of a large agency but with the dedicated attention and senior-level contact of a specialist team. Our partners work directly with our senior strategists, not junior account handlers. We are built on a philosophy of transparency and a relentless focus on delivering a tangible return. Our success is measured only by your growth.

Our Services

5. Is content creation included in your services? Yes. We believe that strategy and execution are inseparable. A brilliant strategy is only effective if it is executed with skill. Our services are comprehensive, meaning our in-house team of professional, UK-based writers, designers, and technical specialists will create the high-quality articles, reports, ad creative, and social media posts required to deliver on the plan we agree upon.

6. Should we invest in SEO or Paid Media (PPC)? This is one of the most common questions we receive, and the best answer is often “both.”

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is a long-term, foundational investment. It builds your brand’s authority, credibility, and “free” organic traffic over time. It is the most sustainable way to build a defensible market position.
  • Paid Media (PPC) is a direct, immediate, and highly targeted tool. It allows you to place your message in front of a specific audience at the exact moment they are looking for a solution.

We find the two work best in concert: PPC campaigns generate immediate data and capture active demand, whilst our SEO work builds your long-term brand equity and reduces your cost-per-acquisition over time.

Contracts & Investment

7. What is your pricing structure? We do not offer standardised, “one-size-fits-all” packages. Every client is unique, and so is our work.

Our fees are based on a bespoke proposal tailored to your specific goals, the competitiveness of your market, and the level of resource required. For all ongoing management services, such as SEO, Social Media, and PPC, we work on a monthly retainer. We provide a clear, itemised proposal for your consideration after our initial consultation.

8. Are we locked into a long-term contract? We believe in building partnerships based on delivering results, not on restrictive contracts.

For our retained services, we do require an initial commitment period, which is typically six months. This is the minimum realistic timeframe required to implement our strategies, gather data, and demonstrate a measurable impact on your business. After this initial term, all our agreements move to a flexible rolling 30-day notice period.

Reporting & Success

9. How do you measure success? Success is measured against the specific, commercial goals we establish with you during our discovery phase. We do not focus on “vanity metrics” like impressions or clicks. Instead, we report on the key performance indicators (KPIs) that directly impact your business:

  • Growth in qualified, relevant web traffic.
  • The total volume of qualified leads or sales.
  • Your lead-to-client conversion rate.
  • Your cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Your return on ad spend (ROAS).

10. How often will we communicate and receive reports? You will receive a detailed, professional report from us at the beginning of each month. This report is not an automated data-dump; it is a clear analysis of the previous month’s performance, our insights, and a clear plan of our priorities for the month ahead.

We also schedule a standing monthly or quarterly strategy call (depending on your preference) to discuss these results in detail. Beyond this formal schedule, your Account Manager is always available via email and phone for any immediate questions.
